(Upset Alert) Atlanta Falcons at Indianapolis Colts

Venue and weather: Lucas Oil Stadium, Mostly Sunny, 83°F at kickoff

Prediction: After dropping one in overtime during the NFL’s opening weekend, the Indianapolis Colts evened their record in Week 2 by upending the Tennessee Titans. In Week 3, they’ll welcome an Atlanta Falcons team, coming off of an emotional win.

The Colts are favored, but this feels like the more experienced team with the more experienced head coach and quarterback walk out of this one with a narrow victory. Final Score: Falcons 24, Colts 20

New York Jets at New England Patriots

Venue and weather: Gillette Stadium, Partly Sunny, 85°F at kickoff

Prediction: Does anyone on Planet Earth feel like the New York Jets are going to walk into Foxborough, Massachusetts and walk out with an upset victory over the New England Patriots? If there’s anybody that does, the ITI staff would be very interested in hearing your analysis and your reasons for believing so.

That’s not a joke by the way. The Pats go to 3-0 after an easy victory. Final Score: Jets 10, Pats 31
