2. Eric Bieniemy

Whether it happens to be the Giants or some other team, it seems like only a matter of time before Eric Bieniemy lands a head coaching job in the NFL after looking at his work as offensive coordinator with the Kansas City Chiefs over the last two seasons.

Filling in for Matt Nagy was far from an easy task for Bieniemy heading into the 2018 season. But between Patrick Mahomes taking home MVP honors last season along with the offense in general being one of the most dangerous units over the last two years, Bieniemy has done an incredible job helping coach the squad.

Throughout his career, Andy Reid has seen plenty of former assistants go on to land successful coaching jobs across the NFL, and Bieniemy seems like a strong candidate to be next in line.

After seeing all of the success from working with Mahomes, one can only imagine what Bieniemy would be able to do with a young quarterback on the rise in Jones.

Clearly, Jones is nowhere near the same level as Mahomes at the moment, but a hiring like this would certainly help the young Giants quarterback reach new levels on offense right away, beginning in 2020.
