9. Devin Funchess

Early on in his career, Devin Funchess seemed like the kind of player that would develop into a top wideout after four decent years as a member of the Carolina Panthers.

Without question, 2017 was the best season for Funchess in his career after catching 63 passes for 840 yards to go along with eight touchdowns, showing the potential is certainly there.

After four years in Carolina, Funchess would go on to sign a one-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts last offseason with the hope of providing the offense with another reliable weapon to work with.

Instead, a broken collarbone suffered early in September limited Funchess appearing in just one game during the 2019 season with the hope of getting back on track in 2020.

Since Funchess is coming off a disappointing season due to the injury, the good news for the Eagles would be if the interest were there, it may come at a cheaper price.

Funchess may not want to hear that he has plenty to prove as far as making a significant impact at wide receiver is concerned, but also it should be noted that his numbers did decline a bit in 2018 during his final year with the Panthers.
