2. You do realize that he has two Super Bowl wins on his resume right?

Just look at his NFL resume. He was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ quarterback coach in 2001. His resume with the Colts has already been mentioned, but he had a career record of 61-43 there if you’re looking for the exact win-loss total. He had a winning record with the Detroit Lions. His mark there was 68-62. Do you have any idea how hard that is to do?

Caldwell is also responsible for the best years we saw from Joe Flacco‘s time with the Baltimore Ravens as he served as their offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2013. The Ravens won Super Bowl XLVII with Caldwell as their offensive coordinator.
