4 Michigan prospects who instantly upgrade Philadelphia Eagles roster

Now, this one’s very interesting. Lavert Hill isn’t very big. He’s five-foot-eleven, and he weighs 181 pounds, so he’s about an inch shorter than Michael Vick, and he’s about 40 pounds lighter. For that reason (and maybe a few others that can be coached), scouts see him as a Day 2 or a Day 3 guy.

What Hill can do is run. He’s one of those guys that we’re expecting a sub-4.5 40-yard dash time from.

The Eagles don’t have to utilize a high draft pick on him. He may be a mid-round guy, so if they’re looking for another corner later in the draft (they figure to take one earlier than the third round), Hill may be as good a bet as any.

In 2019, he stuck his head in for 16 tackles, and he racked up three interceptions while breaking up another ten passes for good measure. If he winds up in ‘The City of Brotherly Love’, he’s probably falling into the slot cornerback role. Throw size out of the window. Here’s someone who’s definitely worth taking a serious look at if he indeed falls to Round 4 or later.
