1. Dante Fowler

Isn’t it crazy to consider that Los Angeles has two solid starters at linebackers who could be great fits on defense for Philadelphia?

If the Eagles were to look at linebackers to consider on the Rams, Dante Fowler would be another name worth considering when seeing how much Los Angeles helped turn the former first-round pick’s career around.

Prior to the trade deadline in 2018, the Rams knew they had nothing to lose by acquiring Fowler from the Jaguars since the defender was clearly in need of a fresh start on a new team.

After setting career highs across the board in 2019 that consisted of 11.5 sacks, Fowler has finally made it clear he is capable of being a top defender in the NFL. And while some will claim Fowler only put up these numbers due to the star players around him such as Aaron Donald, the linebacker has clearly proven his case for a hefty new deal.

Seeing how there are plenty of teams looking to improve at linebacker in free agency, the Eagles realize they will most likely need to compete with other teams if the interest were there for Fowler, but on a positive note, at least Philadelphia has the money to spend.
