. . . Brandon Aiyuk. . player. 854

Some may disagree, and that’s quite alright. These things are subjective, but here at ITI, we have Brandon Aiyuk just outside of the top ten wide receivers in the upcoming draft. Ahead of him are the obvious candidates like Jerry JeudyCeeDee LambHenry Ruggs III, and Justin Jefferson.

Then, there are guys like Jalen Reagor, Tee Higgins, Laviska Shenault Jr., Gabriel DavisTyler Johnson, and K.J. Hamler. You can make an argument for any of those guys being better as well.

You can never gauge how any draft unfolds, but if there’s a run on wideouts early, that shouldn’t surprise you. You can also make a strong case for teams going with some of these guys later on because there are so many good options in this year’s class.

That makes guys like Brandon Aiyuk hard to score. He walked into Indianapolis needing a huge combine to impress a few scouts, and he got most of what he wanted. He ran a 4.5-second 40-yard dash. He turned in a 128-inch broad jump and almost jumped out of the building with a 40-inch vertical.

Some may see him as more of a second-round guy, but that proves to be erroneous thinking and he slides, Philly may show some interest in Round 3 or later.
