player. 887. . . . Kalija Lipscomb (4th round, pick 127). 127

The Eagles know exactly who this guy is even if many of you don’t. Sure, taking the best player from one of the best conference’s worst teams isn’t sexy, but Kalija Lipscomb spent the last two seasons of his run with the Vanderbilt Commodores under the tutelage of the Eagles’ current wide receivers coach Aaron Moorehead.

The result? After hauling in 64 receptions for 929 yards and ten touchdowns in his first two seasons, this six-foot, 207-pound standout excelled with 134 receptions for 1,427 yards and 12 touchdowns in his two seasons (23 games) with Moorehead.

Place this guy on your imaginary draft boards and do a little homework. You can best believe the Eagles have him on theirs. After all, the last time Philly went with a receiver from Vandy, they wound up with Jordan Matthews. You have to admit that worked out pretty well.
