840. . . . Van Jefferson (4th round, pick 145). 145. player

This is the second of Philly’s compensatory picks and the second selection that they’ll have in the fourth round. Expect to see the names of Collin Johnson, Antonio Gandy-Golden, and Michael Pittman being thrown around when we all get there.

Van Jefferson is a six-foot-two, 197-pound prospect from the Florida Gators that transferred from the Ole Miss Rebels after the 2017 season and racked up 84 receptions for 1,160 yards and 12 touchdowns over the course of 23 games for that team from “The Swamp”.

He probably could have had even better numbers had he gotten some better quarterback play and had the Gators not been so loaded with talent at the wide receiver position. He’s gotten everything from fourth to fifth-round grades. Keep an eye on him during the mid-rounds.
