10 players Eagles should fear most joining NFC East in 2020 NFL Draft

While Young will be viewed as the best defensive player from this year’s draft class heading into Thursday night, as far as the top cornerback is concerned, it’s safe to say that Jeffrey Okudah will be taking home the honors, and rightfully so following an amazing career with the Buckeyes.
Over the years, Ohio State has seen plenty of their former star defenders go on to have successful careers in the NFL, and even though cornerback isn’t a top need for the Giants with the No. 4 pick, if Okudah is available, this would be too difficult to turn down.
Unfortunately for New York, whether Okudah happens to be available could come down to what the Detroit Lions decide to do at No. 3 since this is a popular projected landing spot for the cornerback.
But once again, one of the best parts about the draft is how there are no guarantees when it comes to certain picks, meaning the Giants could get lucky if the Lions were to go in a different direction.
Similar to Henderson, one of the areas Okudah will need to improve on once he reaches the NFL is tackling, but at least the young cornerback makes up for it in other areas, whether it happens to be his quickness or elite speed.
