Dallas Cowboys. 1. team. 123. . .

Can history repeat itself in this year’s Week 16 matchup vs the Cowboys?

There are only a few constants in life. The Eagles’ rivalry with the Dallas Cowboys is one of them.

Even if one team is 14-0 and the other is 0-14, the week leading up to this Eagles versus Cowboys showdown will be exciting and full of trash talk. The Eagles got the last laugh in the Week 16 matchup last year, but there’s no guarantee on what will happen this upcoming year. What is a guarantee, however, is that this game will have massive repercussions.

Just like last year, this game might feel like a playoff game. Who are we kidding? Of course, this game will feel like a playoff game. At the very least, this is an annual contest where a lot of pride is always on the line, and don’t be surprised if this game will determine the winner of the NFC East just like it did last year.

The Eagles and the Cowboys are both very talented teams, and this is one of the biggest rivalries in the NFL. This game can single-handedly make or break the Eagles’ 2020 season. Very few games on the Eagles’ schedule compare to an Eagles fan (outside of playing the New York Giants). How sweet would it feel to clinch the NFC East in Dallas in this Week 16 game? This one has a chance, by far, to be the most important game for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2020.
