Here’s what makes you scratch your head as a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

What’s that saying? Wasn’t it once said that stereotypes are true to some extent? It kind of makes sense though if you think about it. If they weren’t they really wouldn’t be stereotypes now, would they?

If there’s a theory that keeps floating around suggesting that Howie isn’t all-in on the 2020 season, it had to have come from somewhere right? Then, without even trying, it’s almost as if the wheels begin spinning on their own.

Sure, it becomes annoying when, seemingly, every two hours someone gets released or someone becomes unhappy about their contract situation and you hear all of the hullabaloo about whether or not he’d look good in an Eagles jersey. Then again, Yannick Ngakoue really could have helped this team. The same can be said about Jamaal Adams and Jadeveon Clowney or Minkah Fitzpatrick before that. Who doesn’t think Carson Wentz could have used DeAndre Hopkins on the outside?

Seriously, Howie couldn’t have given the Houston Texans a player, a 2020 second-round pick, and a 2021 fourth-round pick? Why is it everyone keeps hearing that Howie Roseman is always at the negotiating table but unable to close the deal?

No one’s supposed to ask if his head is in the game? The NFL is a ‘what have you done for me lately?’ league, but there’s always a win-now mentality floating around. The Eagles are in first place in the NFC East despite a 3-4-1 record. That means they could earn a home playoff game.

In other words, they need to do everything and explore every opportunity that could help them raise another Vince Lombardi Trophy, and when they aren’t aggressive enough at the NFL trade deadline and all-world talents like Hopkins end up in Arizona, it becomes easy to ask the question. What in the world is Howie Roseman doing?
