. . . Round 3: Jabril Cox, LSU. . player. 817

The Philadelphia Eagles need an upgrade to their defense.

LSU Tigers linebacker Jabril Cox is a six-foot-four, 235-pound game-changing force in the middle of the defense. The Philadelphia Eagles’ defense would look completely different after adding a player like Jabril Cox.

He is a true sideline-to-sideline linebacker that can play in space and help shut down the opposing team’s running game. The Eagles haven’t had a player with his ability in a long time, and they need to pull the trigger if he is available in Round 3.

The Philadelphia Eagles land Richie Grant of UCF later in Round 3.

All three levels of the Philadelphia Eagles’ defense need talent, and if their defensive backfield could add a talent like UCF’s Richie Grant, that would be a win. The six-foot, 195-pound prospect has the ability to play anywhere on the back end of the defense. The Birds need a player with Grant’s versatility. He would be an immediate upgrade and a guy they could use in a multitude of ways

The Eagles need help at all three levels of the defense. Adding Grant here in the third round is a complete steal as he has the skill set to be a game-changer for years to come.
