Tay Gowan would be an excellent fit for the Philadelphia Eagles defense.

At six-foot-two and 190-pounds, University of Central Florida cornerback Tay Gowan has the coveted size to be a force in the NFL. Blessed with disciplined eyes, amazing closing speed, and arguably the quickest feet in coverage, the Philadelphia Eagles front office would be wise to target the former Knight.

A defensive terror to opposing offenses, Gowan has all the tools and skillset to be a superstar at the highest level. He’s been blessed with a long body to smother wideout across the field as well as the ball skills that coaches scream for.

Despite sitting out the 2020 season for personal reasons, scouts are still high on the corner. If the Philadelphia Eagles have the opportunity to land the Florida prospect, they need to scoop him quickly. Gowan could easily be the best cornerback in the Birds defensive backfield within a couple of years.
