Philadelphia Eagles draft watch: All-ACC, seven-round NFL mock
Tutu Atwell would be a surprise but solid pick for the Philadelphia Eagles.
You can bet your bottom dollar that there aren’t a ton of conversations that are linking the Philadelphia Eagles with Tutu Atwell of the Louisville Cardinals. You probably are very aware that Philly’s got an extreme desire to find a wideout though.
What you may not know is Tutu Atwell is in just about everyone’s top ten when it comes to the best wide receiver prospects available in 2021’s NFL Draft.
Taking Sage Surratt out of Wake Forest seems like a reach here. It’s also highly likely that Chazz Surratt, a nice inside linebacker prospect from the North Carolina Tar Heels, is off of the board already. Atwell is as safe a prospect as any.
He’s short (five-foot-nine), but he’s gifted. He racked up 139 receptions for 2,303 yards and 20 touchdowns in 32 career games. This is the best bang-for-buck prospect for Philly will evaluate from the ACC this high in Round 2. The question is whether or not the Birds even have him on their radar. Jot his name down if you’re a fan though.
