player. 814. . . . Azeez Ojulari, Outside linebacker.

Write Azeez Ojulari’s name down if you’re a Philadelphia Eagles fan.

As if Azeez Ojulari‘s six-foot-three, 240-pound frame or his 18.5 sacks and five forced fumbles in 23 career games weren’t enough to get NFL fans and coaches salivating, this future star at some defense’s second level ran a 4.56-second 40-yard dash (per Marc Weisezer, a Georgia beat writer for Athens Banner-Herald) at Georgia’s Pro Day.

If you need a real-life application, Mr. Ojulari ran wild just about all season for the Dawgs, producing consistency on just about every snap and putting pressure on the quarterback more often than not.

He ran into a little bit of a wall, both figuratively and literally, when in Georgia’s highest-profile game of the season, the one versus the Florida Gators, he met his match, so to speak, in Gators left tackle, Stone Forsythe.

Some may even argue that he should have returned for one more season, but there are NFL scouts that believe he’s a Day 2 prospect in the upcoming selection meeting. Look for his name to be called at the end of Round 2 or sometime during Round 3.
