The Philadelphia Eagles double-dip and find an amazing cornerback option.

Those of you who are both Philadelphia Eagles fans and Penn State fans will need no assistance in recognizing or breaking down Tariq Castro-Fields. Like Dazz Newsome, the third-day grades this young man receives are somewhat puzzling, but also like Dazz Newsome, that could be good news for the Birds.

Just by using the eyeball test, he seems more accomplished than guys who are rated higher on some boards (Paulson Adebo, Shaun Wade, Camryn Bynum, and Ambry Thomas. It is what it is though. Draft pundits see him as a Day 3 guy, and if that holds and he’s on the board sometime around Round 6, this is a late-rounder that might be surprising just like Jalen Mills was.

We use the term ‘steal’ so much that it’s lost its sting, but this would be a steal. To quote Inside The Iggles contributor Jon-michael Salter. If Fields is still on the board this late, Philly had better sprint to the podium to call his name.
