Robert Rochell is a steal for the Philadelphia Eagles.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Philly needs to walk away with at least two cornerbacks in this draft. They’ll do so by drafting back-to-back corners here with Robert Rochell in Round 6.

Rochell excels in press-man and if Gannon’s defense is anything like Mike Zimmer’s, he will need guys like Rochell to go one-on-one. While Rochell didn’t face elite competition during his time at Central Arkansas, he dominated opposing wideouts and proved that he has the skills to translate to the NFL.

Like Bynum, size isn’t too much a concern for Rochell (six-foot, 193 pounds). He tested well at his pro-day with a 70-inch wingspan, 4.41 forty-yard dash, 4.08 20-yard shuttle, 43-inch vertical, and 133-inch broad jump. That athleticism was evident on the field during his career. Quarterbacks knew to not throw his way in 2020. The Birds would be smart to give him a shot at pick 189.
