Adding Kenny Gainwell to the Philadelphia Eagles offense could be bad for Scott.

Respectfully, the Giant-killer Boston Scott just isn’t as good as Kenneth Gainwell. Considered one of the biggest steals in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Memphis product has all the tools to be a real weapon for this Philadelphia Eagles offense.

With the capability of adding value to the passing game, running game, and special teams, Gainwell adds a ton of options for an Eagles team in need of an offensive boost.

At five-foot-six and 200 pounds, Boston Scott is the face of the underdog in the National Football League. Despite the lack of size, he has been a great find for the Birds and has quickly become a fan favorite in the City of Brotherly Love.

He has been quite the find and has had some big moments over the last two seasons, but that may not be enough to hold off the young monster from Memphis. Imagining the one-two punch of Miles Sanders and Kenneth Gainwell will give the Eagles coaching staff the sweetest of dreams as Scott will, more than likely, be used in a third running back role, but Gainwell should take over as the second guy on the death chart fairly quickly.
