Okay, if this game doesn’t result in a win, someone please check the emotional health of the entire Philadelphia Eagles fan base when the time runs out on this one. The New York Jets might be the only franchise that can be seen as being worse run than that of the Birds. You can probably throw the Houston Texans in there as well, but these are the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets.
They have one of the best fan bases in sports. They deserve better.
As we all know, on any given Sunday, any team can go down in flames, and this is a game that the Birds should win. This is a game in which they’ll probably be favored (even though it’s on the road).
The Jets have a rookie signal-caller. They’ve hired the right coach. They should turn things around one of these days, but this won’t be the year.
