On paper, the Philadelphia Eagles defense looks a lot better in some areas.

Much of the Philadelphia Eagles had never heard the defensive coordinator, Jonathan Gannon‘s voice before his first presser. Now, that they’ve heard what he has to say, they seem to love him. Here’s who he could have at his disposal come Week 1.

The specialists (3): Jake Elliott (kicker), Arryn Siposs (punter), Rick Lovato (long snapper)

That was pretty easy. Let’s move on.

Defensive ends (5): Brandon Graham, Ryan Kerrigan, Josh Sweat, Derek Barnett, Tarron Jackson,

Defensive tackles (4): Fletcher Cox, Javon Hargrave, Hassan Ridgeway, T.Y. McGill, Milton Williams

Linebackers (6): Alex Singleton, Eric Wilson, T.J. Edwards, JaCoby Stevens, Davion Taylor, Shaun Bradley

Cornerbacks (6): Darius Slay, Kevon Seymour, Avonte Maddox, Zech McPhearson, Grayland Arnold, Cre’Von LeBlanc

Trending. 2 Reasons we can count on Reagor for 5 TDs. light

Thoughts: Somehow and someway, Cre’Von LeBlanc will end up on this roster again. Whether you agree on whether or not that’s a wise decision is an interesting conversation piece, but you just wait. He’ll be back. Give the sixth spot to Michael Jacquet or Craig James if he isn’t.

Safeties (5): Anthony Harris, Rodney McLeod, Andrew Adams, K’Von Wallace, Marcus Epps
