The Jets aren’t interested in being bullied by the Philadelphia Eagles offense.

Pay very close attention to what the Philadelphia Eagles are doing on defense, especially if they use the third preseason game as a dress rehearsal. They have to be sick of being pushed around by now.

New York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore

Remember when we just couldn’t stop talking about how rich these past two NFL Drafts were with talent at the wide receiver position? Well, Elijah Moore was one of the reasons why that was the case during the 2021 offseason as we got closer and closer to the end of April.

If you think DeVonta Smith is small, try this five-foot-ten, 178-pound prospect on for size (pun intended). A Consensus All-American and First-team All-SEC nod in 2020, he’s extremely interested in making sure his success translates to the NFL level. An Eagles secondary that’s been taken advantage of more often than any of us have cared to watch will have their hands full with him.

Every New York Jets QB not named Zach Wilson

Sure, this actually makes this a list of six men. You get the idea though.

We know that, if rookie signal-caller Zach Wilson is coached appropriately, he’ll be special for years to come. The questions are about what the Jets have behind him. Mike White, James Morgan, and Josh Johnson should see action in this one. Hopefully, this Eagles defense won’t make them look like Joe Montana like they’ve done with both the Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers backups.
