2. Can the Philadelphia Eagles’ offense rebound from last week’s performance?

The simple answer to the question above is this. They had better rebound! The Philadelphia Eagles offense, in Week 2, was a mess if we’re being truthful. They never got into a rhythm. The play calling was all over the place. They need to do better, and that’s that.

Okay, now that the rant is over, the Birds offense, led by quarterback Jalen Hurts, can easily have a big bounce back in Week 3 against their division foe. Right guard Brandon Brooks won’t be playing. The Cowboys’ pass rush won’t be that intimidating though, especially now that their star defensive end, Demarcus Lawrence, will be out for the foreseeable future.

The Cowboys’ defense, outside of its linebackers, lacks star power, and their secondary still continues to struggle. Dallas’ defense is still currently ranked at the bottom of the NFL, allowing over 400 yards a game. Now, with that being said, Dallas has done a solid job of realizing that their secondary is a weakness and that their pass rush is just not hitting home fast enough.

To help themselves out, America’s Team has done a nice job of disguising many of their looks and schemes on defense, so that is something the Eagles will have to keep in mind when drawing up their game plan. Ultimately between the Cowboys’ defensive talents versus the Eagles’ offensive talents, the Eagles, in theory, should not have any problems rolling down the field and scoring.
