Here are a few bold predictions for the Philadelphia Eagles on offense.

What can we expect from the Philadelphia Eagles on offense? Here are a few predictions.

1. Miles Sanders and Kenneth Gainwell both score rushing touchdowns.

Once upon a time, the Philadelphia Eagles walked into Texas Stadium for a game that, thanks to the humidity, felt like it was being played in 150-degree weather.

The Birds were given pickle juice to keep themselves from wilting in the heat, and Duce Staley ran for 201 yards on 26 carries and caught four passes for another 61 yards en route to a 41-14 Eagles win.

And, Philly has been trying to pass their way to victory over their rivals ever since.

Okay, that’s an exaggeration. The Birds run the ball (occasionally). This one won’t be as humid as the Pickle Juice Game was, but a heavy dose of the running game could be what the doctor ordered. Expect rushing touchdowns from both Miles Sanders and Kenneth Gainwell.

2. Andre Dillard doesn’t allow a sack.

Yep, you read that correctly. You may have lost faith in Andre Dillard, and no, there’s no excuse for the fact that he’s allowed a guy that never played football before 2018 to pass him on the depth chart.

We’re backing Number 77 in this one, and versus a pedestrian Cowboys defensive line, he should have some success.

3. Jalen Hurts accounts for two touchdowns.

A good running game and good pass protection from his left tackle mean Jalen Hurts is in for a good game. He’s putting two touchdowns in the end zone folks.

We don’t care if it’s two rushing touchdowns, two passing touchdowns, or a passing and rushing touchdown. We just need him to get the ball to paydirt.
