Philadelphia Eagles versus New Orleans: 10 Saints that can ruin Week 11
Here are five Saints the Philadelphia Eagles will need to gameplan for.
The Saints have always been known for offensive firepower during Sean Payton’s era as head coach. Here are five guys to watch in Week 11.
Trevor Siemian, quarterback
He definitely isn’t Drew Brees. He may not even be Jamies Winston, but Trevor Siemian is in the same boat that Jalen Hurts is in. He’s a young quarterback that needs time to learn, and he’s fully capable of winning games.
Mark Ingram II, running back
Here’s a trivia question. If someone asked you who the Saints’ all-time leading rusher was, who would you name? If your answer was Mark Ingram, give yourself a gold star. He’ll play a role one way or another, but if Alvin Kamara can’t go, his role increases exponentially.
Marquez Callaway, wide receiver
Marquez Callaway has the potential to be special. He flashed during the preseason and has gotten better as the season has gone on. He has 346 receiving yards and five touchdown receptions so far on the season and figures to be very involved on Sunday.
Jordan Mills, left tackle
Terron Armstead is the man charged with protecting Trevor Siemian’s blindside, but he’s been ruled out. That means the Eagles’ pass rush will try to work its way around Jordan Mills in this one.
Taysom Hill, quarterback
Everyone’s favorite utility guy has to be seen as someone that can cause issues. Taysom Hill may only get a few snaps if he plays. One day prior to the game, he’s listed as questionable, but any one of them can shift the momentum in New Orleans’ favor.
