46. . . . Indianapolis Colts. 4. team

The Colts welcome the Eagles to town, and they’re equipped with a defense with plenty of top-tier talent. Good luck Philly!

The Indianapolis Colts pass the eyeball test with flying colors, and they have the numbers to back up their defensive output. They finished ninth in points allowed in 2021, and this offseason, they may have gotten better, adding a couple of formerly bigger names in Stephon Gilmore and Yannick Ngakoue. Those are two dudes that can still produce in helpful ways for any team they play on.

Gilmore and Ngakoue join the already-stacked party of DeForest Buckner, Darius Leonard, Bobby Okereke, and Rodney McLeod. That is quite the defensive outfit. It seems obvious that the Colts’ final position could be better than ninth after the 2022-2023 regular season reaches its end.

They have stud players at every level on the defense, and there are not a lot of NFL defenses that can boast the same thing. The Eagles will be in Indy for this Week 11 draw. That’s a problem in and of itself. This one will be one of the tougher games on the Philadelphia Eagle’s regular-season schedule.

The offense will see matchup nightmares versus this top-tier Colts defense; however, the Eagles do have the potential on offense to bring a fight to them and stack up enough points to outduel the Colts’ offense, one now led by an aging Matt Ryan.
