Fabien Lovett and Nesta Jade Silvera could provide value, but are the second-day or third-day prospects?

So, here’s what happened. Last season, while watching a ton of Florida State Seminoles football in an attempt to study Jermaine Johnson, we kept noticing this Fabien Lovett fella. A six-foot-four, 315-pound space-eater, this is a young man that may deserve some of the credit for some of the success Johnson saw. He also produced some highlight-reel moments of his own.

He stacked 28 tackles and two sacks in ten games, giving him 61 stops and four quarterback takedowns for his 27-game career (his freshman season was played in the SEC at Mississippi State). He has the potential to be a constant disruptor.

Following a four-year and 37-game run with the Miami Hurricanes, Nesta Jade Silvera was given another year of eligibility and decided to take his talents to Tempe. From a physical standpoint, the six-foot-two, 306-pounder’s closest Eagles comp is Javon Hargrave. The question is can he play like Hargrave?

If you live on the East Coast and stay up late on Saturdays, Arizona State Sun Devils games may be worth a watch. Proving that he can evolve into a consistent pass rusher will help this young man a lot. He didn’t register any sacks last season after coming up with one in each of the previous two.
