Here’s one more look at the moments and issues that cost the Eagles in Super Bowl 57.

Kudos are in order for Jalen Hurts. We appreciate all of his efforts on football’s grandest stage and to the Eagles franchise as a whole for a fantastic season. That has to be mentioned. Sadly, we didn’t get the result that we wanted, but contrary to popular opinion, Jonathan Gannon isn’t the lone reason that Philly came up short.

Players are devastated. So are the coaches. Let’s dig into some of the headlines that are seemingly restated daily.

The Eagles simply got outcoached.

There’s no denying this one. Andy Reid and his coaching staff had his team better prepared for the big moment. He made the necessary adjustments when needed. Philly didn’t, and that in essence led to a ‘tale of two halves’.

The Chiefs’ offense danced circles around the Eagles’ defense during the final two quarters (literally). K.C. outcoached Philly, and there’s no getting around that.
