Here are a few of Jalen Hurts’ former collegiate teammates that might be open to joining the Eagles during the free agency frenzy.

Josh Jacobs isn’t the only former collegiate teammate of Jalen’s that might have been open to a reunion had he had an opportunity. Here are four more that could contribute immediately for the Eagles if they were willing to come over.

Might any of these impending free agents be interested in another run with Jalen Hurts in the City of Brotherly Love?

Dalvin Tomlinson, defensive tackle (Alabama, 2016)

Thoughts involving the possibility of placing Dalvin Tomlinson (six-foot-three and 325 pounds) next to Jordan Davis (six-foot-six and 336 pounds) on Philly’s defensive line is enough to make the mouth water.

He’d probably be a more expensive addition than Fletcher Cox or Javon Hargrave though. If the Birds aren’t looking to overextend themselves by hanging on to their own guys, it probably stands to reason that a Tomlinson signing is a fantasy.

Rashaan Evans, linebacker (Alabama, 2016-2017)

If by some chance, the Philadelphia Eagles were to lose both T.J. Edwards and Kyzir White, Rashaan Evans would make for a relatively smooth transition. He’s still searching for that first Pro Bowl nod after being a first-round selection in 2018, but this past season, he collected 159 tackles, four pass breakups, two sacks, and a forced fumble. It will be interesting to see how he is valued.

J.K. Scott (Alabama, 2016-2017)

We have never been shy about stating this. The Eagles seem to love Arryn Siposs. We don’t agree, but then again, they know more about what they’re doing than we do. The prospect of Siposs or Brett Kern returning terrifies us, and we both hope and pray that the Eagles have a new punter next season.

For his career, J.K. Scott averages 44.3 yards per punt and 39.7 net yards per punt. He has also dropped 91 attempts inside the 20 on 271 career boots. He also has 21 touchbacks on his resume.
