The Philadelphia Eagles have the ability to get back on the right track in the 2026 NFL Draft, as they have some premium capital with which they can improve some of the weaknesses on Nick Sirianni's somewhat disappointing squad from last season.

The Eagles need some more pass-catchers for Jalen Hurts, a pass rusher who can set them apart, and a playmaker in the secondary to replace some of their offseason departures, should be coming to town if Howie Roseman has taken adequate stock of this roster.

These five veterans may be expecting big things in 2026, but they could see their playing time and/or importance cut down if Roseman adds to their positions in the Draft.

5. EDGE Arnold Ebikeite

After joining the Eagles following an up-and-down stint with the Atlanta Falcons, Ebiketie might find a path to playing time harder to come by. In a class that is fairly deep as far as pass rushers go, Ebiketie is likely going to be replaced by one of Philly's younger additions.

4. CB Michael Carter II

Acquired in a trade with the Jets last year, Carter's slot exclusivity, paired with an Eagles team that seems likely to add some secondary playmakers in the Draft, does not bode well for him finding a new home in Philly. A safety conversion may be at play.

3. DT Moro Ojomo

Ojomo is perpetually underrated, but the depth behind him on the defensive line remains unsatisfactory at this point in time. Depending on how the board falls, the Eagles could use one of their top picks on a lineman who competes directly with Ojomo and eventually starts taking snaps away.

2. TE Dallas Goedert

The Eagles are bringing Goedert back as a one-year stopgap to offset the lack of non-Kenyon Sadiq star power in this tight end class, but if a standout player like Vanderbilt's Eli Stowers or Ohio State's Max Klare falls into their laps at a reasonable slot, they may expedite the transition to the post-Goedert era.

1. WR A.J. Brown

Brown trade rumors have been circling for the last few months. The Eagles might be able to finally get some comfort in moving off him if they are able to either move up the Draft order to select one of the true different-makers in this draft or get lucky with one of them falling to No. 23 overall. Without a big addition, it would make less than no sense to get rid of him.
