The disastrous search for the next Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator has weighed heavily on the fan base, as they have no idea who the next candidate could be.

Candidates like Mike McDaniel, Brian Daboll, and Zac Robinson are already out of the picture with other jobs taken or moving on from the role, leaving many to wonder what is next for the Birds. They have other candidates to consider, like Kliff Kingsbury, Mike Kafka, Jim Bob Cooter, and others, but Eagles fans need someone who will spark excitement about the move.

While many have already given their opinions, no one from the Eagles organization has spoken out on it beyond Nick Sirianni and Howie Roseman. On his Unblocked show, Eagles defensive lineman Brandon Graham spoke out about what he would like to see in the next offensive coordinator of the Eagles.

"You know what? In this situation, because it's all about situations too and where we at as a team, I feel like you got to have one that's experienced like I like what someone said about a Vic Fangio, I think Seth said that, like Vic Fangio type of guy coming in. Because, you really need to do have that command because A.J. (Brown) and all the guys that was disgruntled last year, we got to get everyone believing in it and what's coming in. I think a veteran person or someone that guys that got respect in the league will have everybody have a chance in belief to get a reenergized feeling about it."

Brandon Graham knows what he wants in next Eagles OC

This is an argument that everyone has made about the Eagles' next offensive coordinator, as everyone wants a guy who will stick around for more than one year. That is partly because Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has only one time in the last 10 years in college and the pros that had an offensive play caller stay for more than one year.

There aren't many candidates who fit that Fangio role and would stick around for a long time at the coordinator position. It's filled with younger candidates who, if they have a good first year, could land a head coaching job. Roseman has already stated that he doesn't care whether an offensive coordinator stays for one year or multiple years.

The search continues for a new offensive coordinator job and everyone has made their opinions known. Graham is on everyone's side in what to look for, but it's a matter of finding the right guy.
