It certainly feels like there is a lot of hate being directed at Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts of late.

Two separate reports have discussed multiple aspects of the Hurts situation: ESPN reports that sources say he's not been a good teammate or coachable, and The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the Eagles won't give him a contract extension, with 2026 being an important year for him. There was also polarizing FOX Sports host Colin Cowherd joining in on the slamming of Hurts, but Eagles teammate Tank Bigsby went into the comment section of the Cowherd video to share his thoughts.

"The best in the world! Stop all that hating my boy!"

Tank Bigsby comes to the defense of Jalen Hurts

This is exactly what Eagles fans wanted to see, with Hurts' teammates coming out to defend their quarterback. Bigsby just joined the team after Week 1 last year and got to see firsthand what Hurts was doing throughout the season.

Some might see it as a teammate doing his job to protect his quarterback, no matter what. It's also a good sign that Hurts still has support in the locker room, as everything can't be so negative in Philly at the moment.

Even with everything that happened last year, the Eagles still managed to go 11-6 and win the NFC East for the second straight season. Hurts also hit a career-high in touchdown passes with 25.

Every Eagles fan can acknowledge that Hurts is not a perfect quarterback, but winning 70% of his regular season games is impressive. The national media is going to ride this Hurts story throughout the rest of the offseason, but Eagles fans can take solace in knowing that their franchise quarterback still has people within the organization in his corner.
