Britain Covey: 1 snap

While this isn’t necessarily important, it’s certainly intriguing. Britain Covey is a bonafide star as a punt returner, but before Christmas Day, he had never logged a reception. On his only offensive snap of the game, he caught a screen pass and took it seven yards.

He ran straight into Jordan Mailata after the catch, and that wasn’t necessarily pretty. You have to be happy for the guy though. Stay tuned. We may see him implemented into the office more.

Boston Scott: 2 snaps

We know that Nick Sirianni loves the ‘Boston Scott: Giant Killer’ memes. We also know the Eagles have no room for error, which makes the last three games of the season SUPER important. The question for Sirianni going into the game was ‘Is the game more important than the memes?’ We got our answer. Thankfully, he decided it was.

The player who is responsible for hundreds of thousands of nightmares from New York Giants fans only saw the field twice on offense and only had one carry. Yes, it’s a bummer, but we still have Week 18. Maybe we'll see him terrorize Big Blue in that one.
