Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is in over his head.

Accountability can be an ugly word sometimes. The NFL is a results-oriented business sometimes though, and two people on every football team have win-loss records attached to their names, the head coach and the quarterback. Ladies and gentlemen, Philly probably isn't going to give up on Jalen Hurts.

Following every loss, Nick Sirianni takes ownership of the glaring issues. He should. Remember... This is why he gave up the duties of offensive playcalling.

The problem here is this. Things aren't getting better, and there's an obvious decrease in morale. Every time this team takes timeouts because of substitution snafus or we watched them get outcoached, we're led to a theory.
