For those of us that saw our NFL dreams die after high school or at the collegiate level, to a man, it's probably the camaraderie of the locker room that we all most often miss. We'll never hear those plays called in the huddle again, and that's one of the reasons we smile every time we see the atmosphere the Philadelphia Eagles have created. It's almost as if we're watching a family grow closer.

There are times when it seems as though the Eagles are inseparable. Since they broke for summer vacation, we have watched Dallas Goedert show off his swing at DeVonta Smith's celebrity softball game. We have seen everyone show up and pitch in at Jason Kelce's Team 62 event to benefit the Eagles Autism Foundation. We have even seen shots of several Birds hanging out at Jordan Mailata's wedding. The NFL's family ties can sometimes also cross hostile borders and extend into other locker rooms.

Recently, Von Miller hosted Eagles rookie Nolan Smith and others at his pass rush summit in Las Vegas. This marks the seventh time he has done so. Not to be outdone, some of the game's best offensive linemen have followed suit to hang out at a gathering of their own.

Check out a few highlights of Lane Johnson's Offensive Line Masterminds Conference.

In case you have been hanging out under rocks, the best in the business, Lane Johnson, joined forces with his former college offensive line coach Duke Manyweather a little under five years ago to create the Offensive Line Masterminds Conference. By the looks of what we're seeing from year four's turnout, it appears that this is an event that NCAA and NFL stars will continue planning to attend annually for years to come.

Check out some of the highlights.

Had events like this existed when some of us played high school and college ball, many of us probably would have seen those football careers last longer. As for our guy Lane, he enters his 11th season as a member of the Eagles, and there's no reason to think his brilliant play won't continue.

So far, the resume houses two First-Team All-Pro honors (2017, 2022), a Second-team All-Pro nod in 2021, four Pro Bowl mentions, and of course, a Super Bowl ring.OL Masterminds apparel can be purchased at strikeleveragedrivefinish.com. Hustle, grit, and determination are all sold separately.
