Former Indianapolis Colts linebacker Shaq Leonard stops by the NovaCare Complex for a visit.

Nakobe Dean and Zach Cunningham are both injured. That made Christian Elliss, Patrick Johnson, and Nicholas Morrow Philly's only healthy linebackers at the time of Shaq Leonard's visit, a visit that followed a day in which he hung out with the Dallas Cowboys.

Though Haason Reddick and Nolan Smith are listed as linebackers, no one views them as such.

Much has been made of the Indianapolis Colts' decision to move on from the former All-Pro. We have also discussed his price tag and how much he might have left. It's hard to imagine he wouldn't elevate Philly's roster though. We'll see what he decides after the current weekend wraps.

Josiah Scott is waived.

Ben VanSumeren is signed to the active roster from Philly's practice squad.

With concerns about Zach Cunningham's Week 13 availability and Nakobe Dean being no closer to a return, Philly officially signed Ben VanSumeren from the practice squad to the active roster.

This shouldn't shock anyone as the Birds had already used a couple of game-day roster elevations to make him available.
