  • The Eagles are back at the top of the division.
  • The Cowboys failed miserably in Week 3.
  • Wait! Do we have to cheer for Zeke now?
  • It will get worse for the Giants before it gets better.

The Eagles are back at the top of the NFC East as the fourth week of the 2023 NFL season rolls on.

The Philadelphia Eagles were the first team in the NFC East to play in Week 2. They were the last team to play in Week 3. 11 days separated those two games which meant there was a possibility that at least one rival could lose twice before the Birds stepped on the field again.

Every NFC East team won in Week 2. That was a bummer. We were really hoping for a few losses. We moved forward and focused on Week 3's slate of games. Guess what happened?

The Eagles were the only NFC East team to score a victory. That means the Birds are in the driver's seat early.

The Dallas Cowboys lost to the seemingly-tanking Arizona Cardinals. The pathetic New York Giants lost to the San Francisco Giants. The distraught Washington Commanders lost to the Buffalo Bills. What a beautiful weekend of football.

Very rarely does a low-stress NFL Sunday pan out exactly how you want it to, but it did for Eagles Nation. As we navigate Week 4, the Eagles take on the Commanders in an early divisional clash. The numbers suggest Philly should be favored, so we'll focus on Dallas and the G-Men.
