The New Orleans Saints vs. the New York Giants

If you expand your view and look at things objectively, the Giants’ have something fun with quarterback Tommy DeVito.  They’ve had an abysmal year from the jump. It all began when they lost to the Cowboys by a 40-0 final score on Sunday Night Football in Week 1.

Now they have a guy who everyone thought was going to be a schlub, but he’s had some juice. He has led the Giants to three straight wins. Good for them.

Big Blue has also ruined its draft position, so good for us too. The Eagles own the New Orleans Saints’ second-round choice in the 2024 NFL Draft, so this game is pretty important on that level as well.

Prediction: Giants +6

The Saints have only produced a couple of games this year where they didn’t look terrible. There was a win against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 8 and a win against the Chicago Bears in Week 9. This Saints team isn't that Saints team though.

They’re cruising with an injured Derek Carr as their starting quarterback. He’s playing poorly. Yeah, they just beat the Carolina Panthers last week, but the Edmonton Elks could probably do that too.

The Giants are playing on a short week, which is a little problematic. They have all the juice right now.

The Superdome used to be a place that was intimidating to play in, but that was when the Saints were good. That’s not the case anymore.

The Giants should be able to do more than cover a 6-point spread. They should be able to win outright and help out the Eagles in a couple of ways.
