For now, the Philadelphia Eagles sit at 10-2 and are still atop the NFC as the no. 1 seed, even after being trounced by the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13.

On the season, as a whole, the Eagles have been an elite ball club outside of their defense being questionable at times, specifically in the secondary.

But, they remain the top dogs.

The rest of the NFC East has given us some interesting storylines lately, especially with the surging Cowboys and unexpectedly pass-happy Sam Howell. Speaking of the division, where do the quarterbacks rank after Week 13? Does Jalen Hurts reign supreme? Let's find out.

4. Tommy Devito, Giants

It has completely depended on the week this season, but for right now we're ranking Tommy Devito. No longer are we talking Daniel Jones or Tyrod Taylor due to injuries. But, the undrafted rookie out of Syracuse has played about as well as you could ask him to under the circumstances.

With a banged-up offensive line, no real receiving threat and being thrown into the fire, Devito has had his bright moments. In his last four games, he's thrown for nearly 700 yards, seven touchdowns and three interceptions. He's also led the Giants to two wins in a row, surprisingly.

Still, he is far from where these next three NFC East quarterbacks are at, and that's understandable. For now, he checks in at the bottom at no. 4.
