1. Dak Prescott, Cowboys

Eagles fans will hate this, but Dak Prescott tops the list. In fact, Prescott would top the entire NFL list at the moment, because there is no quarterback currently hotter than Dak, period. The fact of the matter is, he has been absolutely lights-out the last few weeks.

Dak has been so good that he has given us a legitimate, leading candidate to win NFL MVP this season. Prior to his red-hot run, there was an argument to be made for a few non-quarterbacks and maybe Lamar Jackson, Brock Purdy or another top-seed quarterback. But, what Dak has done recently has put him far above any other name.

Over Dak's last five games, he is averaging 319 passing yards and has thrown a total of 16 touchdowns to just one interception while rushing for another score. Again, there is no quarterback playing better football over the last month and a half than Dak. It is extremely easy to rank him atop this list, as much as it pains Philly fans to read.

Unless Hurts goes on a big run to end the season, Dak is running away with the MVP award. He is the best quarterback and player in all of football right now, like it or not.
