4. Green Bay Packers

4. 8-8, 2nd in NFC North (Possible 7th seed)

The Green Bay Packers host the hated Chicago Bears in Week 18, a very winnable game for the Cheese Heads. Simply put. If they win, they're in.

This too represents a winnable game for Philly... we hope. The Birds would only face The Pack however if they land in the second seed. For that to happen, the Eagles again need to beat the New York Giants, and they would need losses by both the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions.

3. Los Angeles Rams

3. 9-7, 2nd in NFC West (6th seed)

Well, look who has fought their way into the postseason picture. The Los Angeles Rams have had their struggles since wagering their future to win a Super Bowl (and winning one), but after a 3-6 start to their regular season, Sean McVay and company have rebounded. They have placed six of their last seven games in the win column. Their only misstep came versus the Baltimore Ravens.

L.A. is currently and will probably wind up as the sixth seed. The Eagles will face them if they win the NFC East and wind up as the third seed. That scenario would play itself out if the Lions win in their regular-season finale and a Dallas loss couples with an Eagles win.
