Eagles -3. 6-5. CBS. Sunday, November 26th . 9-1. 54. 16. Eagles Bills Saturday. 4:25 p.m. EST

Say 'Philadelphia Eagles versus Buffalo Bills' out loud... Take a moment. Breathe... Say '4:25 p.m. EST', 'home game at Lincoln Financial Field', and 'kelly green jerseys'. If you cooperated and did all of that, you, no doubt, have a smile plastered across your face right now. Those iconic ensembles are back for another look. Expect to see a few among the adoring faithful as well.

The Buffalo Bills are the opponent. Bless their hearts. They're about to walk into a buzzsaw.

Eagles to wear their kelly green alternate jerseys vs. the Buffalo Bills

Now, that's a headline if we ever saw one. Here's a quick nugget, i.e. a history lesson for those of you who weren't around when Jeffrey Lurie bought the Philadelphia Eagles in 1994. Once upon a time, the Birds wore a lighter shade of green. That is until the new guy came in and opted for a darker color. That began a winding road to this full-circle feeling we have now.

Seasons changed. Years passed, and every blue moon, Lurie's team would rock out with a lighter shade on game day, Week 1 of the 2010 season for instance. The Birds were celebrating the 50th anniversary of the 1960 Eagles team that won an NFL Championship (and beat Vince Lombardi in the process). Here we are, 13 years later. Kelly green is back. Fans and players couldn't be happier as our favorite team will be outfitted with their alternate look on Sunday in Week 12.

Philly wore the same jersey in Week 7 on Sunday Night Football. That night, we saw a 31-17 dismantling of the Miami Dolphins.

Don't expect Clyde Simmons or Randall Cunningham to run out of the tunnel and the smoke for the coming affair. Something tells us that they want to, but they probably won't.

It should be fun anyway though. Bless the Bills' hearts. They don't realize they're about to be run over by a locomotive.

Our prediction is an easy one to make. Philly wins this one by 100.
