Dave:
Cleveland is on the clock for the second time and already has their franchise quarterback-hopeful on board. It’s too early for a running back, so the Browns turn to wide receiver Brandin Cooks, the 2013 Biletnikoff Award winner (college’s best wide receiver) and PAC-12 All-American. Peter King of Sports Illustrated recently compared Cooks to a “more physical” version of former West Virginia wideout Tavon Austin. With Josh Gordon alongside him, that’s a scary thought.

Giorgos:
Brandin Cooks is a value pick and also covers a team need for the Cleveland Browns. The Oregon State wideout will give the Browns a legitimate option at wide receiver and make a great duo with Josh Gordon. Cooks is the best when it come to yards after the catch. He is extremely fast and if he makes the turn, he is gone. His route-running is more than good and makes cuts in the blink of an eye. If he could improve his ball catching a little bit, I won’t be surprised if he turns out the best wideout from this draft class.
