The Eagles secondary was an absolute mess in 2014, outside of starting safety Malcolm Jenkins. But at cornerback, the team still needs depth. In this mock draft, they added Byron Jones earlier but taking a chance on another cornerback on day three of the draft would make sense as well. Roberts is one of the more underrated players in the draft and I wouldn’t be surprised if he was drafted as early as the fourth round. At 6’0″, 182 lbs., he has a slight frame but put up great numbers at his pro day, is a fiery player on the field and offers a whole lot of upside if he’s still there in the final round of the draft.
