Five takeaways from Eagles disappointing loss to Redskins

5. The Philadelphia Eagles Season Isn’t Done Yet
Things are far from ideal right now with this Philadelphia Eagles team, but the season isn’t over yet. The rest of the NFC East is just as bad as the Eagles. While the New York Giants won today and obviously Washington did as well, the Philadelphia Eagles are still in the mix even at 1-3. The Eagles face a very steep mountain they must climb to win the division, but it isn’t impossible. The team is behind the eight ball because of the division losses, but there’s still time to get it together.
The NFC East division is in a state of flux and the Philadelphia Eagles still have one last shred of hope. The team needs to get it together and fast, but thankfully there is still a lot of football to be played which can also be a bad thing if things don’t improve. The Eagles need to put a consistent four quarters together, this team has the talent, it is now just a matter if Chip Kelly and the team can pull it together. Things are not over just yet, but it may take a miracle.
