Halapoulivaati Vaitai, OT

Halapoulivaati Vaitai has been very inconsistent as a starter this season. Sometimes you never notice he is on the field for good reasons. Other times he is responsible for a lot of the pass rushing pressure coming from the left side of the line.

The last two games specifically have been difficult for Vaitai. It was understandable that he was in very tough matchups, but come playoff time there will be no pass to issue to him. He needs to flat out step up and become better this week and beyond. If there is one thing that Foles’ lacks, it’s mobility in the pocket.

Wentz may have been an escape artist at times, which helps you forget who allowed the pressure to come in. But with Foles out there, it will be a sack waiting to happen if Vaitai struggles as bad as he has been struggling. If he is letting up a ton of pressure this week, it could be lights out for Foles.
