Twitter wars

After the NFC championship, Vikings fan were pretty silent. Except when they were complaining about their mistreatment from Eagles fans. The Eagles fans made sure to fire back by rubbing the win in their face.

But the real Twitter beef began after the Vikings made a post on St. Patrick’s Day. They posted about how it is never acceptable to wear the color green. To say the Eagles were not a fan of the post is an understatement. They didn’t have too much to say. But sometimes a picture says it all.

For those unaware of what the picture means, allow me to help you out. The image features two current NFL quarterbacks. One of them is Foles. The other is Kirk Cousins. Cousins was the former starting quarterback for the Washington Redskins. This season, he will be wearing purple and gold as he will be the starting quarterback for the Vikings.

While the original Vikings post is believed to be meant for their biggest rival the Green Bay Packers, the Eagles took it as a shot at them. In typical Eagles fashion, they fired back.
