2. Once again, ‘Saint Nick’ cements his name in the record books.

Once Carson Wentz went down with a season-ending back injury before the Week 15 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, Nick Foles was asked to lead Philly toward another playoff run.

Foles stepped in and did what he does the best. Win and set records. With No. 9 under center, the Eagles finished the season with a 3-0 record.

During the Week 17 matchup against the Washington Redskins, Foles achieved a couple of milestones.

By completing 84.9 percent of his passes (28 of 33), Foles broke his own franchise record that he set back in 2013 where he completed 84 percent of his passes (21 of 25) in a Week 16 matchup against the Chicago Bears.

Furthermore, with 25 consecutive completed passes, Foles broke the franchise record and tied the NFL record.

Donovan McNabb held the previous Eagles record with 24 consecutive completions. However, the 24 completions spanned over two games, unlike Foles.

As mentioned earlier, Foles tied the NFL record with 25 straight completed passes. The only other quarterbacks achieve this are Ryan Tannehill and Philip Rivers, but Foles and Rivers did it within one game.

Also, check out this ridiculous stat when it comes to Foles’ performance on third-down this season.
