Current position: Head Coach, Michigan Wolverines

Every year, there’s a rumor swirling around Jim Harbaugh and a potential return to the NFL. Expect to hear some brief conversation about Harbaugh leaving Ann Arbor this offseason as well. You may even hear that he may be one of Dallas’ coaching favs, but come on.

Jerry Jones did everything that he could to get rid of Jimmy Johnson. Do you really think that he’s going to go the route of pursuing Harbaugh?

It’s not like Coach Harbaugh has this track record of being this easy guy to get along with, let alone being a guy someone’s going to second-guess, override, and control.

Did you hear the story about Jason Garrett saying the Cowboys would take a long hard look at a certain position of need and then good old Jerry swooping in and saying that Dallas wasn’t going to do that? Can you imagine how that would have turned out had he done that to Harbaugh?

Many pundits would argue that Harbaugh should just stay with the Michigan Wolverines. If he does that though, he’s going to have to figure out the Ohio State Buckeyes riddle. If he can do that, he might be a king of his own court. What would you do in his position?
