Redrafting every Philadelphia Eagles pick from their 2020 NFL Draft
By Smit Bajaj
Philadelphia Eagles original pick (127) – S K’Von Wallace (Clemson)
K’Von Wallace was considered a steal in the fourth round of the draft, and while he may have been one at the time, he simply hasn’t made an impact for the Eagles. The safety room is crowded in Philadelphia and Wallace hasn’t gotten enough playing time to prove his value.
He may develop into a great pick, but it’s tough to say this early. Fans will have to wait a few years to see how he pans out. Wallace certainly has the talent to become a starter.
Philadelphia Eagles redraft pick (127) – CB L’Jarius Sneed (LA Tech)
L’Jarius Sneed, a former safety, has only played in three games this year due to a collarbone injury, but he has made his presence felt in each of them. He has recorded ten solo tackles on the year and has, when healthy, played on virtually every defensive snap for the Chiefs.
In his first two games, Sneed recorded two interceptions and three passes defended. The Eagles, through ten games, have a total of three interceptions. Philadelphia needs defensive playmakers and Sneed appears to be one already.
